A structured approach to testing (TMap), based on risk management and quality demands , using master test planning, defect management, metrics and tools such as (HP Quality Center and Oracle Application Test Suite) to balance Quality with time and budget.
Quality assessment of intermediate IT product artefacts comprising requirements, specifications and designs. Experienced in applying the ISO/IEC 9126 standards as an integral part of the risk management and testing strategy for assessing systems quality.
Helping organizations implementing the System Development Life Cycle with the sensible adoption of Waterfall or Agile methodologies. Certified Prince2 Practitioner and Professional Scrum Master certification. Familiar with ITIL and Lean standards and processes.
